Current customer pricing will remain in place as part of the transition unless otherwise communicated. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible and avoid unnecessary disruption. Any future pricing changes will be communicated clearly.

OCS Technologies brings additional lab capacity, technical resources, and expanded in-house capabilities. We expect this to support improved turnaround time and better visibility into work status.

During the initial transition period, our priority is to protect continuity, properly route work, and maintain communication with customers.

Yes, certificates may look different as work transitions into the OCS Technologies calibration system.

The certificate format may change, but the goal remains the same: provide clear, complete, and compliant calibration documentation. OCS Technologies is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, and applicable accredited calibration work will continue to be supported under the appropriate accredited scope.

Existing pickup and delivery arrangements will be reviewed during the transition.

Our goal is to maintain service continuity where practical and communicate any routing or scheduling changes clearly. If you currently receive pickup or delivery service, your transition contact can help confirm the plan for your account.

Open Lakeshore quotes will be honored as part of the transition. Customers should not need to start over. If you have an open quote, please contact the OCS team so we can confirm status, review the quoted scope, and determine the appropriate next step.

• Equipment completed by Lakeshore before June 8th will be returned and billed through Butler Bros.

• Any items that have been sent out to third party vendors will be returned and billed through Butler Bros.

• Any equipment that has not been completed before June 8th, will be calibrated by OCS and billed through OCS.

The goal is to avoid disruption and make sure work already in process continues moving forward.

Calibration records and service history are an important part of the transition plan.

Customers will receive additional guidance on how historical records, certificates, and recall
information will be accessed through the OCS / Accredited Labs portal moving forward.
