    Torque Screwdriver – Single Setting

     
    The tamper resistant design of the Torque Screwdriver - Single Setting series is particularly suited for high-volume use in assembly operations. A simple, cam-over design prevents over-tightening and possible damage to components. Torque screwdrivers may be ordered factory pre-set at an additional charge or they may be easily set by the operator with any quality torque calibration system. The end cap removes for easy access to the 1/8″ hex adjustment screw. A hex adjustment key is included with each driver.     Series TT03 Dedicated Torque Gauge

    TT03 digital torque gauges are designed for clockwise and counterclockwise torque testing applications in virtually every industry, with capacities from 10 ozFin to 100 lbFin (7 to 1,150 Ncm). A dedicated remote torque sensor with Jacobs chuck can be used to grip a sample, bit, or fixture. The gauges’ rugged aluminum housing allows for hand-held use or test stand mounting for more sophisticated testing requirements.   • Plug & Test Adapter (PTA)

    Connect common strain gage-based load cells, force sensors, and torque sensors to Models M7I, M5I, and M3I indicators and Series F test frames with these user-configurable adapters.

    Sensor capacity and resolution may be configured via an included software utility, which includes a library of common force capacities from 0.12 to 750,000 lbF (0.5 N to 4,000 kN), and torque capacities from 10 ozFin to 40,000 lbFft (7 Ncm to 57,000 Nm). An identification number may be configured, which is displayed upon indicator power-up or the indicator’s Information screen.

    Through Plug & Test® technology, all configuration and calibration information is saved within the adapters.
